MARWE 620 FX Skating
MARWE 620 FX Skating - successor to the well-known XC model with new Exel composite shaft from Finland. Three different spar hardnesses available.
The MARWE 620 FX Skating builds on the predecessor xc-model. A new feature is the composite shaft from Exel. This frame promises an even more ski-like impression and dampens vibrations. Marwe offers the spars in three different hardnesses and recommends them for the following weight classes:
- Flex: up to 65 kg body weight
- Medium: 65-80kg body weight
- Stiff: up to approx. 90 kg body weight
It is also possible that the MARWE 620 FX Skating is skated with a body weight of 90 kg as a medium, for example. In this case, the shaft flex a little more. However, we recommend the specified weight ranges.
The wheels are known for good ski-feeling, very good grip in wet and long-life. We offer in different speed types:
- US 0: fast speed. Reminiscent of icy trails on cross-country skis. But too slow for roller ski races.
- US 6: medium/standard speed - our recommendation for almost all roller skiers. The resistance is based on normal snow conditions.
- US 7: slow/slow speed. Comparable to wet snow. We recommend this strength for athletes who only ski on flat terrain and want to train for competitions.
- US 8: extra slow/very slow. Our recommendation for athletes who want to train for strength and endurance. Very high resistance.
The speeds of a sporty skater are approx. 1-2km/h different from each other.
